PCF keeps it simple. They give you your targets and they show you the prize at the end of achieving that. While being in HR there were a lot of cross functional activities that I was also involved in such as assisting with Admin, PR and also Compliance. Being a young and growing company it is possible to do all this but not sure if this will actually be the case as they grow more. Money is definitely above market rate. The premises itself is not that great and they have a very very basic cafeteria in their office. The space is quite drab in all honesty. There isn't much job security for the call center executives, let me be clear of that, but in the management level (working here right from the time that COVID started in India Mar-2020) I have notseen any firings unless the individual was actually unproductive. You will see some reviews over here with regards to their HR related complaints, it is unfortunate but a consequence of lockdowns hence company wouldnt be able to sustain call center workers. Increment was not great this time, we were told its because of COVID; could be since business is probably at 20pc pre-covid levels.
