This company good at on 2008 eara but not yet because there is to much cros cutting like incentives and most important very very lo increments and also they changed there processor like ther is no any RNR no apny appreciations and no any get to gather they focused only for sale and they are not good on this platform because there isto much prices issues. I tell you one thing if you are a customer and you select a Washing machine and told them the croma staff that give me a best discount i want this and you talk to your manager that customer want a discount and you now what he said his firt word is there any warrant yes or no if you say i have pich him warranty and he is not interested to take warranty so your manager didn't give you best price most of the time because he has pressurised with store manager and store manager pressurised with the cluster manager so this is not a way of selling products if customer need a warranty so he will Definitely take it and if you pressurised him to take warranty so he fells uncomfortable and he will left to your store and he will not coming again Definitely So please please make it on a proper manner way and please respect your staff and incrise ther salaries because they cany service on that much salary If i tell you that you are join croma as a sales staff and your salary is fresher 11500 and experience 16500 could you service in a month because your personal pocket money i thing 5000 minimum what salary you provide to your family your house retn 5000 your electricity bill 1300 and your rasion bill 5000 minimum and if in your family member have any illness or other problems so you can not manage your life is going to hell so please incrise croma staff salary Atlisit 24500 please guise try to understand. Lots of pressure.. no genuine target.. They make store manager profile only for meeting... Always senior manager doing meeting They have to change strategy because they do same thing from 16 year and company are still in losses and they are promoted to upper level. I think they don't know how to utilise Store manager profile because they have to change strategy or no need to hire sm profile.

Tata Croma is a platform where a person can learn while earn. Here every month training and knowledge classes are done for all employees. Salary and incentives are huge if an employee can focus on what to sell to get huge incentives. Other than this company culture is very good about technology along with sustainability.

Working hours and HR roles are not upto the mark. They ask store managers for any type of decisions.

Only 1 thing that I got disappointment was I was asked to go and work in Gujarat and that was sudden, I didnt wanted to go Gujarat so I chose the IJP way to stay in mumbai and I got selected in process team. Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.

As an apprentice, it's important to receive advance notice about the end date to plan for future opportunities. However, I was informed on my last day at 4 PM and had to complete everything by 6 PM, leaving very little time to wrap up documents and other tasks.

When I first started at work, everything seemed great, but as time went on, it just got worse.

The company has its upsides, but the management really doesn't seem to care about their employees. No matter how long you work there, you won't get any appreciation or respect. The yearly salary increases are pretty disappointing only around Rs 500 to Rs 1000. The working hour is mentioned 9 hrs but you have to work 10 to 12 hrs. In Kozhikode hililte mall Sunday(15th Aug 2024) I have seen a lady staff( diffently abled) working at 9.30 pm. I don't know why no one is taking any action against the adm and sm.
