Morning huddle at office in morning session, the motivation is not upto mark, Less respest infront of all employees

Dislikes

They promise for fix pay, but they don't do it actually, it's all depends on your sales, No job security, abviously they can fire you anytime off to the employment, team leaders and managers will steal your leads, and will fire you for No performance, PIP will surprise you to achieve it, which is highly impossible !
