THEY CAN FIRE YOU ANYTIME No Job security at all 1. Poor work-life balance (deployment go till 12-1 AM at night twice a week sometimes) 2. No motivation (no appreciation of good work) 3. Poor increment 4. No clear plan for the product's future (at least the one which my team is working on) 5. Poor management of employees 6.
