Job security: As such not available, in every town hall meeting, VSS will ensure nothing to be worried orbit just after 2 weeks, silent layoffs would start every year in multiple rounds. First you'll be transferred to other teams, consider yourself as first target in next layoff list. Sustaining 1 year is easy, but from next year onwards, all team members would be worried for the list. Appraisal: Average appraisal would not even beat Indian Govt. inflation %age.
