Toxic Environment

Hello friends, I have been working as a field sales person in Paytm company for 3 years. The first 2 years were good but after that it seems like we have no value. My work is not appreciated.They repeatedly ask me to leave the job. I have been working as a group leader in the company for 1 year now but they are not promoting me. They are promoting people who have no knowledge. Tell me what should I do. And give me advice for a good job.

Not just one there are n number of best parts about working at Paytm. A. People here get a flexible work environment. B. The compensation is amazing. C. Colleagues and bosses are super cool and supportive in most of the teams.

Dislikes

Since, Paytm has been there for more than a Decade now, I sometimes feel lost in the crowd. There's lack of appreciation here.

The work environment is fantastic and so is the work culture and environment.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal is maximum of 10% in One97 communication every year, growth too is average, the company is very selective about team change which resricts further learning. No softskill training is provided which restricts indivisual growth

Work Details

My work was interesting as I was working as a voice over artist. Overall everything was good until everything got swayed away by politics, even the HR team could not redress the issue and when I requested them to shift me to another team they denied.
