Revenue Assurance Executive-Paytm Money

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Revenue Assurance team at Paytm Money. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue reporting, identifying revenue leakages, improving processes, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue streams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Assurance Monitoring:
   
• Monitor end-to-end revenue processes to identify discrepancies and revenue leakages.
• Ensure accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation of revenue across various product lines.
2. Data Analysis and Validation:
   
• Analyze large volumes of transactional and financial data to validate revenues.
• Identify root causes of variances and propose corrective measures.
3. Process Improvement:
   
• Design and implement robust controls and SOPs to ensure revenue integrity.
• Optimize and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
4. Collaboration with Teams:
   
• Work closely with Finance, Product, Tech, and Business teams to address revenue-related challenges.
• Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks by providing necessary data and documentation.
5. Reporting & Insights:
   
• Prepare accurate revenue assurance dashboards, MIS reports, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Track KPIs related to revenue performance, leakages, and assurance activities.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
   
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies related to revenue recognition.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure consistent process adherence.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of Revenue Assurance processes, revenue leakages, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of financial systems, ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and revenue accounting principles.
• Ability to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field. MBA/CA/CPA is a plus.
• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Audit, or Financial Operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing revenue reconciliation.
