As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Professional to manage, and elevate our brand voice and social media presence while adhering to industry regulations.

Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our social media strategies across all owned channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess strong digital marketing expertise, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage campaigns with a clear understanding of industry compliance. This role also requires a storyteller who can craft compelling narratives to engage our audience while adhering to the rules and regulations set by stock exchanges and financial authorities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the brands overall goals. Focus on driving brand awareness, employer brand, customer engagement, and lead generation, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for the financial industry.
  • Creative Storytelling: Develop and deliver compelling narratives that connect with our audience, simplifying complex financial concepts in snackable and sharable formats clearly making a differentiated voice for us.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, graphics, blogs, etc.) for social media channels. Curate relevant content to keep our audience informed and engaged with industry trends, financial insights, and news.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute creative campaigns to promote brand visibility, and customer acquisition. Craft marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience while staying within the bounds of financial compliance regulations.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all content and social media activity adhere to financial industry regulations and guidelines set by stock exchanges, SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), or other relevant regulatory bodies. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to rules around advertising and communications.
  • Social Media Management: Work alongside the Social media agency team to manage the daily operations across owned social media channels, ensuring timely posting, consistent brand voice, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business and cross-functional teams (content, design, product, compliance, etc.) to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing strategies and timely content execution.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically managing social media channels ( experience working in regulated industries preferably financial services or broking will be an added advantage).
  • Creative & Analytical: Ability to create compelling content, tell engaging stories, and run data-driven campaigns that optimize performance and reach.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that are compliant, engaging, and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Design Skills: Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms (optional but a plus).
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
