The organization is silently throwing employees out.. The PayPal India has a very bad work culture. It is run by leaders from call centers and the environment is no less than a call center.

Dislikes

The organization is silently throwing people out. The PayPal India management is very bad, there is no work life balance. We feel suffocated and the mental torture of the leaders are very painful. But we do not have a choice.
