->People leaders are not involved with the process or thier people and usually just sit in meetings or look busy to avoid conversations with any employees or take on any tasks. Eg My supervisor usually sleeps the entire shift and i have to wake him up to join any meetings i was like his personal (unpaid) assistant. -> Process experts/ SME's are usually the punching bags for employees and management. They are the real heroes running the show. ->Politics has recently surfaced with all bad apples from big banks taking over key positions in management and usually hiring thier friends. -> Lately promotions are reserved for management favorates and not deserved employees. Your growth directly depends on how blind you are towards your supervisors atrocities ....Read More

The company is still one of the best places I've worked, if HR and senior management from onshore slowly identify and replace the bad apples, the org still has a chance to relive it's glory days or it's gonna tank like the titanic.
