There are lot of things to list out. Bangalore team management is worse. The qualities to get a promotion and good hike is to being close to your supervisor. Your hard work, performance and talent doesn't matter at all. You just have to OBEY your supervisor and become his slave in order to grow. Do not even think of promotion and hike if you are loyal to your work, if you are hard working and if you are not close to your supervisor.
