There are lot of things to list out. Bangalore team management is worse. The qualities to get a promotion and good hike is to being close to your supervisor. Your hard work, performance and talent doesn't matter at all. You just have to OBEY your supervisor and become his slave in order to grow. Do not even think of promotion and hike if you are loyal to your work, if you are hard working and if you are not close to your supervisor. There Are N number of people who have been promoted in short time even if they are not qualified and deserving. You can work here only if you need good money at the end of the month....Read More

Bangalore team internal management does not value hard work and talent. It's just about how close you are with your supervisor irrespective of what you know and what you don't. Also supervisors are cunning and push only their favorite team members instead of deserving people.
