I don’t have anything particular to highlight.

Dislikes

The management was extremely poor, with the entire company revolving around just 4-5 people. Most employees were just passing time, and there were no opportunities for skill development or growth.There were no appraisals or promotions, and they hired employees at low salaries by making false promises.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
