an associate technical leader

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Work culture is good. In 21st Century there's no job security,if you work, you are the winner,if don't then you know. Company policies,will rate 2, cause they should mention policies in offer letter,or share a company policy brochure. Management,is not that much good. The owner of the company himself manages a lot,than the manager. He is a nice person. Rather, he is like a brother. It becomes a family environment over there. Things are all good over there. Not hates, nothing. Lots of love for them, and that was the first sales base job for me, I tried my best, and they supposed me at extream. My TL was Suraj, and probably,the best TL throughout my life. Rather,everyone is supportive. But the manager has 0 management skill i'm really sorry from the bottom of my heart. All the TLs of the company have better management skill than the manager. Will not take any name. A small suggestion, just make any of the TL manager for a day, the whole scenario of the company will change. As i believe, the balance of professionalism and personal should be there.
