I started working with paul merchants in 2009 . After 2 years of job i joined another forex company for salary hike , but after doing so much for the company i never got that appreciation and respect . So i rejoined in 2012 and till now i am achieving Pan india no 1 every year with the support of my team , seniors and offcourse of company's work culture and comfort .

There is no policy for promotions or appraisal it is a family run company , everything from apraisal to any work related rules set by one person ,you won't get apprisals on time ,HR policy is null as they dependent on MD who run this company ,it is a shop cum office in literal sense
