The relentless workload and pressure to meet targets leave little room for personal time, resulting in high levels of stress and burnout among employees. 2. Office Politics: The office politics at Paul Merchant Finance Ltd are rampant and detrimental to the work environment. Favoritism and nepotism are pervasive, leading to a lack of transparency and fairness in promotions and recognition. Hardworking employees often find their efforts overlooked in favor of those with connections to senior management. 3.
