1 step below the Top Management is misusing their powers due the lack of business knowledge of Top Management. They are simply spoiling the image of such wonderful Indian Brand. Damage, expiry and Claim Settlement policies are not upto the mark and creating a lot of kiosk in the Organisation and DBs

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
