Well, a lots of politics are there, and all the managers are having a very bossy and dictatorship nature, they don't care about the staffs properly, they don't even approve the leave of the staffs and sometimes they need to cancel it when it has already been planned, staff food is worst, even if it gets finished you need to stay hungry, the chefs are totally untrained, and dont even knows the correct standard to make the food, that's why always there is a guest complain, and I think management must change it to a cafe restaurant rather than calling it from a Italian restaurant, since I am from a star hotel background I knows how Italian works and how the standard its to be. The managers always think that they are the superior and whatever they will say we have to follow that one, instead of listening to other. Coming to work culture I think the management must take care of the ground level staff rather than taking care of the higher management, they must nurture and motivate the staff and follow their needs, the management is cutting of the service charge for the maintenance of staff accommodation where everyone is slogging themselves and working hard so much for that. Last but not the least the management should not promise something which they cannot provide to the staff....Read More
