This company is good for training, learning and career growth.Also good team support .

Dislikes

This company doesn't have any facility to employees like Canteen,medical, transport,Room,etc.For any bad reason most of time trainee engineer are responsible. Manager doesn't value an individuals' unique strength that why I have to take back my suggestions.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
