Company is Good. If you are for a bar background, it's very good as PCO delhi is awarded under top 100 bars in asia and ranked in 54th place. Brands are good, concepts of each brand is good but there so no co-ordination between owners, co owners, partners, HODs. Major events and promotions happens on last minute approvals. No properstandard or SOP followed, all depends on the head/executive chef and managers under their guidelines and expertise. It's a "okok" type place to work, however, growth is good, if you work hard and showcase yourself to your owners, they will promote you soon within months....Read More

Dislikes

No proper co-ordination amongst owners and HOD management, Service received are like peanuts because it's a 50-50% ratio. 50% for staff and 50% for owners, No set standards and SOPs, everything is upon as per you and your Manager, Salary (not sure about Delhi outlets but informing about Mumbai) and service charge is never on a specific date.
