The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest techonogy.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my cilleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in cillaboration.

Compensation is desent, but growth is slow. Daily i have to work 12 hours in a day/night. managers do not value an indivisuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. there is also not any facilities for store workers & production line employas.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the store and marketing life cycle as well as manage day/night. Pitching for my company as a worker gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
