The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest techonogy.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my cilleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in cillaboration.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is desent, but growth is slow. Daily i have to work 12 hours in a day/night. managers do not value an indivisuals' unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. there is also not any facilities for store workers & production line employas.

Nothing. Very Bad Organization. Castism, Only preference for jain community in employment and Distributorship. 80℅ distributor in Jain community. No ethics

No professionalism, zero job security, No HR department. Owner ka beta hi samblata hai sab kuchh.. Payment after 15th and you never got full payment. Castism. Bad people
