Due to excessive unemployment and abundance of qualified teachers in Bihar, new coaching centers started opening day by day and admissions were being distributed, due to which the profit of the institute started decreasing instead of increasing.

Dislikes

I wanted the institute to be ISO certified, because It Improves Your Business credibility and authority as well as the overall efficiency of the business.

Work Details

I got to learn a lot in this institute. Initially, I used to coordinate only the teacher's class and collect the fee. Slowly, Ajit sir taught me counseling and handed over a new branch office.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
