Everything. Kolkata Economics TM attitude, Salary negotiations, Work Culture, Environment everything is toxic. Justice for all in the company is very vague. Employees are treated as labourers.

The one positive thing that you can get is high salary scale and office parties which attracts people like hell

The culture is worst. No work life balance is there. I used to work even after coming back from office. They used to claim that one week off will be there, but you still have to work on these days. These people will also blame you for not providing you with works during lean period. How are we supposed to get works if we are not assigned!!?? And how are we responsible for this??!! They will constantly pressurize you to complete your daily and monthly word count which is seriously not possible specifically for the lean period. And then suddenly one day you will be called and will be informed that you are laid off. Please be very sure that you have some back up before you join this company. The management and the work targets and the way of working is pathetic. The additional works of getting in touch with sales and confirming a thousand things takes away the crucial time and writing is thus delayed. Unnecessary pressure of completing targets which is insane and mind-boggling and super hectic.
