Nothing to like. A complete scam. Utterly disgusting company i have ever seen in my life

0% job security 0% concern for employees 0% knowledge of most of the team managers 0% respect given to writers Intentionally extends probation period and then terminates writers Terminates writers for not having enough tasks And the list will go on

Salary and incentives are pretty good with supportive teammates.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
