Not many good personal experiences with the company but got an opportunity to grow professionally.

Dislikes

Mismanagement, management doesn't know how to treat employees, unrealistic expectations, no salary on time, blaming and putting pressure on employees, No ethics, no proper communication, No transparent work culture, Toxic environment, Management don't know t0 value their employees.

Work Details

The CEO of the company is a psycho he doesn't know how to deal with his employees. The management didn't convey the goals to be achieved. Within Months of joining they will start their blaming game we will don't understand or convey what is the problem.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
