Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent, there's huge club and rastaurant, Bar, pool, gaming arcade , company policies are good, appraisal are fair,salary hikes and bonus every year, , good clientele

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues, career growth is slow, on the job training not given to new joiners.

Work Details

Job is quite interesting, Igot a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
