Palvi Raj Construction is a fake and fraudulent company. If you are thinking about working here, don’t do it. These people just waste your time. The HR and CMD are both frauds. They will conduct an interview and say your joining is from tomorrow, then claim there’s training for 3 to 4 days, but will make you undergo training for 8 to 10 days. In the end, the fraudulent CMD will tell you to leave. If anyone is free and just wants to waste time, this company is great for that. And they forcefully make people write reviews for them so that others see those reviews and join this company."...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
