I don't have any issues with the organization as such. So far all issues & delays are informed prior. I would like to tell you, I am successfully completed my one year at Palpx. in this duration, there are no negative thoughts. I improved my skills within a year Palpx gave me to learn a lot of things. Currently, I am one of the family members in Palpx. I am thrilled to say that.

There is nothing good to say about working at Palpx. It was a disaster. Each day, the management was asking to work on extra hours, even on Sunday. There is no work culture. There are just big politics and there is no salary on time at all. These all are just hiring external teams to get the work done. They also not paid those external teams.

It was like a big mistake joining this organization. Please don't do the same mistake what I did. There is nothing good in this organization. If you have doubt, then please check with ex employees as well.

In the beginning it was all good. But later on, everything was like a terrible mistake working at Palpx. They were not paying on time, calling late nights even on Sundays for work. Even they want us to work on our approved off days. No work-life balance concept here.

Their work culture, the worst internal politics of all those management people and no personal life concept at all.
