Opportunities are endless at Palo Alto networks, the amount of knowledge growth and career growth a person can achieve here is unbelievable. Really a great place to work!

Dislikes

Work life balance is limited for TAC role, my shift is for 9 hours still I have to work around 12 hours a day for my regular tasks. Management should also try to get better towards the workforce!

Work Details

Training was all great and the benefits provided by the company is over the roof, still there's a lot to improve from management point.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
