I love this company because here you will get a team who will gonna help you all time. They never show annoyaance to anybody. As I come to know from google that profile in which I am working in ( Jr. Threat Analyst) having lots of future scope. But you need to improve yourself. If you want you can get guidance from seniors.

I am working as a Jr. Threat Analyst. So there is no pressure in work. Bt sometimes request coming from client site about threat or anything need to be analysed you have to be perfect on that. Also monitoring logs for nobody is attacking is enjoying work.

Team is good, energetic, good opportunity to go onsite but dependent on your team and number of years you have spent in that company. Kind of flexible working hours but not completely.

Dislikes

No training, no process defined or explained to a new hiree how the team works, they hired many as team lead and assign work like senior security analyst by saying we will first see your work. Your efforts mostly go unnoticed, which makes you feel bad at times. No WFH option, it's only on papers, but the managers don't allow you to take WFH almost of the time.

A little boring as when sometimes all you have to do is scan and send that report as it is. Not so challenging work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
