There is no job security because we have to work under Principle employer in which we are deployed in a different departments as supporting manpower for making smooth department processes.

Dislikes

Career growth maybe we have a chance to grow more, only when we are eager to learn more and having a passion for our work. If we are not eager to learn more then there is no learning and no growth for us. Appraisals as per government norms like minimum wages to pay. No appraisals no increment. We are working here because of this pandemic situation. We don't have any other chance to leave the organization. But company is not making any excuses to make payments of their employees during the lockdown. But they deduct the leaves during the lockdown<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
