There is no job security because we have to work under Principle employer in which we are deployed in a different departments as supporting manpower for making smooth department processes.

Career growth maybe we have a chance to grow more, only when we are eager to learn more and having a passion for our work. If we are not eager to learn more then there is no learning and no growth for us. Appraisals as per government norms like minimum wages to pay. No appraisals no increment. We are working here because of this pandemic situation. We don't have any other chance to leave the organization. But company is not making any excuses to make payments of their employees during the lockdown. But they deduct the leaves during the lockdown. But they don't have any right to cut my salary during this pandemic crisis....Read More

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
