Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good.

The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Just the incentive which they love to deduct on some regular basis without any reasonable explanation and when you will reach them for explanation they will give you very big technical terminology and once they feel what you are saying is right they will try to silence you by enquiring about your dailouts and log in time log out time breaks timings and your leaves.

What I dislike about paisabazaar I can write a book about it like they think they didn't hire people but they've brought people whom they can order around and overwork and even harrass at their disposal the manager level people talk like some illiterate person to their subordinate and insult thier female subordinate like they deserve this treatment they given us 30 leaves in a year but we had to beg to use them to our senior and they treated us like some filth whenever we ask for leaves and whenever someone got sick even for 1 day HR demands for medical priscription by a mbbs doctor in gurgaon as if they don't the fees of a mbbs doctor. One person who earns 15000 rs per months and spend 5000 for their livelihood and send 6000 to their home back in village now they have 4000 rs only to survive in this so called metro city and if unfortunately someone got sick how likely is the percentage that they can afford a mbbs doctor and someone fails to provide that they will deduct thier whole day salary....Read More
