I don't anything like about this company Paisa bazar it was so so bad experience I just started my career and this was my first job and they guy's was so terrible they never give a break at workplace my shift was 10 to 6 and I have to work overtime every single day by Hook or crook

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
