Lot of free time specially becoz nothing to learn. its an unorganised company

Dislikes

Nothing to learn, no recognition, poor salary, lot of attrition, no proper management, no hr activities conducted for employee engagement. No office function. No option for refreshments.

Not having respect towards their employees.The quality peoples are illiterate and don't know how to speak with others.Munmun is one of quality and she is irritating and illiterate. She can't even speak English properly only showing her attitude of no use.
