Likes

Gymnasium, swimming pool and all other club facilities are free for an employee. Two times snaks. Provide flexible timings if needed and give support. Colleagues and management are good in nature and give soft responses to their employees. Environment is good for female employees. Not much work pressure.

No job security. Employee feels less motivated so he doesn't do any extra things that can be useful for that organisation. Everything else is good.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
