This company demands unnecessary efforts out of KRA, such as maintenance of generator, change of motor, small electronic glitches as the technical person is not always available. Other extra effort is demand at any given time during staff unavailability in your property or any other property, you have to be at their disposal. Work environment is not so great as politics are well played in this areana. Also the staff wellfare which could have been obtained everymonth from petty cash was snatched by reporting general manager (and superiors knew).
