It was nice working with oyo rooms always got experience from every single thing also learn from my seniors juniors make it very good

Nothing is like not good over there everything was very good and sattled due to lockdown i lose my job from oyo

All good still. I am working since one and nine months with oyo as a hotel manager. Work environment is very healthy our mentor is very supportive. Timely appraisal. But still waiting for promotion in oyo.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
