It was great to work in oyo rooms. Nice staff, the company has a good career growth i can even say that it is the fastest growing company in the world.
Dislikes
The management in not enough good. The staff have to face many challenges due to some management issues. Lack of manpower due to which staff won't get proper off.

They fired me without any notice period and also asked to write a resignation for myself to pay me for 1 month salary. They don't care about anything upper level staffs save their jobs though don't have anything to do except firing the ground staff.I serve them honestly for 2 years, hardworking day and night instead they called me up and asked to write a resignation and paid me 1 month salary.I didn't have any option as it was lock down to accept that chillar....please work some where else not in oyo, they never support you in hard times...Read More

Everything from encouraging to cheat owners to not supporting at the time of needs, who ever worked with or partnered with oyo,had to suffered.

There was everything left on us the so called ground team to do and upper level staffs were keep partying and enjoying in expensive places,and every month same thing to hear the company is in loss so how come all upper level staffs are enjoying every week

The best thing working in OYO OS that I get to meet many people and also get to know all my colleague so well and they are also like family. Like the job so much.

Don't like only when the owner starts complaining about pricing and recon issues comes

Working in OYO as Hm Had to look after most of the properties delights and UH% when guest starts complaining about issues need to resolve them all so that guest will be more comfortable and comeback again in the same hotel.
