As a hotel manager. Its difficult to find support from your senior. As a employee there is no satisfaction in work. HR department is terribly slow in any action. In any situation you can be accused on fraudulent without any fault of yours. And without any proof your personal stuff can be examined by any of your senior. As a hotel manager all difficulties you only have to face... And no one never recognize you for that. If there is any one minor mistake of yours you will get to here slangs from your senior.
