I am working here for las 6 months .it's so bad overall experience working here .on shift they don't provide you any meal ,no coffee no tea will be provide no professionalism can be seen here. 3rd class guest comes to oyo room if you are single at shift you have to manage all operations of the hotel you cannot call this as hotel itsjust rooms . You have to pay for your uniform your pf also . Company contribution is zero in pf. You will think your salary(CTC) is good but you will get 3k to 4k gross salary here....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
