The working hours First of all the proper working hours is 10hrs On top of that weekly at least one or 2 days need to work for 12 hrs continuously,that is hectic,lots of technical issues,no support from technical side,issues not getting resolved soon,you'll face alot problems from tech side

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
