there is everybody in Personal Ego ,they all are cheater, they all are lying, there is no fix timing of shift ,there is not any self respect ,in varanasi location i was working under (anurag gupta)"GENERAL MANAGER" He was understanding that he is everything of the property he is owner and his behaviors was also worst....

there was ego with everybody , no timing shift even promised for the 10 hour shift.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
