Company policies are good , Drs acceptance for the products are excellent, but Co. Management is not trusting managers rather depend on CFAs and Co. Doest not have long term goals with customers or employees and expect only sales without giving support. Rollout marketing plans and does not implement even after getting sales

Does not stick to marketing plans , long term goals are not made , rather only depend on sales perspective with short term goals, Effective Leadership qualities are missing. Don't discuss much with senior management because of High level management conflicts Biased thinking becauseof previous employees acquitance and the same thought process is carried out on new employees as well. MD and President don't interact with Managers on regular basis and feedbacks on employees/ CFA/Customers are not accepting .
