Big name globally but works locally in India. Highly Ethical & compliant organization outside all over the world because its an reputed Japanese Organization so talented & skillful employees attracted towards having career & job in this organization.

Very frankly its not dislike because there is a problem in decision making & any employee can become CEO or director or HR Head , Sales Head as its a experimental organization so everybody has equal opportunity starting from gate keeper onward. anything is possible as this works on Japanese name & Indian Lala company. Immediate Bossis final authority to give final opportunity not someone's hard work & performance. But one can survive for a longer duration if he or she his credentials, self respect & having compromised in career opportunity with dream a comfort zone's life here in OPI. Changing DNA in morning & evening then its good to get settle here. Not suitable for highly talented employee as local & old employees become insecure & create propaganda against her/him & telling stories to the already dumb management/HR team for creating block for growth & career.
