Company is hiring freshers on salary around 14 lakh to around 33 lakh but they dont have money to provide the same to their senior employees. Since Robin Vince join the organization company started discriminating towards senior employees. It looks like they want all the senior employees to resign the organization and just want to hire freshers to cover them.

Office infrastructure is good and there's free coffee.
Management is worse. Managers treat their subordinates like servant. There's a lot of micrmanagment. For example, my manager is literally rude and arrogant. Asked to send an EOD which should have detail about every minute that you spend in the office. Has zero knowledge of the process. People have complaint about his behaviour but no action has been taken which means it's their culture.
