Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salery is good but no scope for growth carrier.

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me geta test of different roles within the same team

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
