The best part is the hardworknyounput in is being recognised and motivation is always there from not only the reporting head but from the MD as well, supported by time to time reward and appreciate for targets achieved.Nice place and comfortable place to associate.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
