Osmos Multimedia is a place where every employee is treated as a true asset of the company. Apart from the amiable teammates, the boss is a person who keeps everyone motivated just by his presence. Assignments are time bounded but no one is treated as a criminal if the deadlines aren't met. You get ample of paid leaves and being sick doesn't bring curses along and the seniors are utterly careful of everyone's health. Goof ups are mostly tolerated and correcting the mistakes is taught at the Osmos Multimedia. Salary is nothing to worry about. Everyone gets paid a bit more than they deserve and appraisals are granted frequently. For beginners,it is best place to work. you have all freedom for experimenting your coding and learning from them. BOSS is very supportive in all manner. Environment is too friendly.

Very less exposure to current trending technology due to lack of variety of projects and senior members
