Zero work load, At shift incharge level you don't have even if there is any minor leak or any issue you will have to ask to your Production manager first if he say attend then only you will go for that. So in short for growth purpose worst company while for work load best company.

The increments are low. People are here because they can not shift anywhere. It is ruled by a CEO who has an inflated ego, doesn’t listen to anyone and this company is surviving because there are few customers who give set business. Still the product quality is bad, the R&D team is unresponsive. They take decisions without any firm d ata. The CEO talks narcissistically. One moment he says something and changes his statement in the next 4 lines of the conversation. They don’t want people with brains.
